We are WELLNESS MADE EASY
If you are a fully insured employer, we offer our screening services at the worksite. We are in-network providers with many insurance carriers. This unique arrangement allows our Medical Doctors (MD) and Nurse Practitioners (NP) to meet face to face or virtually with participants. We know less than 50% of the population visits a primary care practitioner yearly. In fact, it is very difficult to find a practice accepting new patients. We help bridge the gap with our worksite preventive screening service.
Associates will get routine biometric screenings to include height, weight, BMI and blood pressure. Fingerstick bloodwork with instant results for total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, triglycerides and glucose.
Participants then go over all results with the practitioner at the worksite or virtually. Virtual visits are only available with some insurance carriers. This is not meant to replace your ”annual” with your PCP. Our program was designed to help a large part of the population that does not get a regular health checkup.
If your ultimate goal is to reduce population health risks, improve health status, increase productivity and control costs then biometric screenings or preventive screenings should be a part of your health management strategy.
